Yolanda Florescu

Yolanda was born in Romania, holds a BA in law from “Nicolae Titulescu” University (Bucharest, Romania) and she completed a Master of International Arbitration (in English) at “University of Bucharest” (Romania). After graduating from law school, she was a GTA (graduate teaching assistant) at “Nicolae Titulescu” University (Bucharest). At the end of 2012 she returned from Denmark, where she acted as student/volunteer in a DI (development instructor) program for the African countries; teacher assistant in a variety of community based programs involving teenagers with social problems; and teacher for the distance learning program of “One World University” (Changalane, Mozambique) – Pedagogy and Community development in the African countries – with special knowledge of Angola, Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Guinea-Bissau. In addition, she has practiced as a paralegal. Yolanda is fluent in Romanian & English; has intermediate level Italian; and beginner level in French, Spanish & Portuguese.
